Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NKA ("NKA", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our website at nka0.com and any applications, products, or services that link to this policy (collectively, the "Services"). This includes VisaTrack, our visa and immigration application tracking app. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all users of the Services worldwide. Where a specific product has additional or differing terms, those terms are presented within that product and apply alongside this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and information from third parties.
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, password or authentication identifiers, and account settings.
- Application and immigration data (VisaTrack): information you choose to enter to track visa, immigration, or travel matters — such as application type, case or reference numbers, country, dates, status updates, deadlines, notes, and uploaded documents. Some of this may be sensitive. You decide what to enter, and we process it solely to provide the tracking features you request.
- Contact and support information: the contents of messages you send us and any details you include.
- Payment information: if you make a purchase, payment is handled by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, and similar identifiers.
- Usage data: pages and features viewed, actions taken, timestamps, referring pages, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 6.
2.3 Information from third parties
If you sign in through a third-party provider or use integrations, we may receive account identifiers and the information you authorize that provider to share. We may also receive aggregated analytics from our service providers.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
- Create and manage your account and deliver the features you request, including storing and displaying the application data you enter into VisaTrack and sending reminders or status notifications you enable.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Analyze usage, monitor performance, and improve and develop the Services.
- Process transactions and send related communications.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the immigration or application data you enter into VisaTrack for advertising or to train third-party models.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); your consent (which you may withdraw at any time, including for sensitive immigration-related data and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services); and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below:
- Service providers: vendors who process data on our behalf under contract, such as hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel), analytics, email delivery (e.g., Resend), and payment processing. They may only use the data to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NKA, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your direction: when you choose to share or export your data.
- Aggregated or de-identified data: information that cannot reasonably identify you.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and understand usage. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. Where required by law, we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. We honor recognized browser privacy signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where legally required.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter only as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete individual records or your entire account at any time; when you do, we delete or anonymize the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
8. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK have rights under the GDPR; residents of California have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Data Transfers
We operate globally and may process and store your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect personal data transferred across borders.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
13. Contact Us
